Arc Flash Incident: A Case Study of a Near Miss

This case study will show how electrical engineers came together in a team to countermeasure a serious near-miss arc flash incident. The incident, immediate response, root-cause analysis, and both short-term and long-term countermeasures will be discussed. The presenters will explain the process followed and how it conformed to NFPA 70E.
